Dayaindo alokasikan Rp 59,28 miliar untuk modal


JAKARTA. PT Dayaindo Resources International Tbk (KARK) masih membutuhkan dana besar sebagai modal kerja tahun ini. Itu sebabnya, dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan 2012 yang digelar 28 Juni 2012 lalu, manajemen Dayaindo memutuskan untuk tidak membagikan dividen kepada pemegang saham.

Dalam Keterbukaan Informasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia, Dayaindo berhasil menorehkan laba bersih konsolidasi untuk tahun buku yang berakhir 31 Desember 2011 sebesar Rp 59,788 miliar.

Dari dana tersebut, sebesar Rp 500 juta akan ditempatkan sebagai dana cadangan. Sedangkan sisanya Rp 59,288 miliar akan dicatat sebagai saldo laba yang akan digunakan untuk menambah modal kerja perusahaan.
