DSFI optimistis target ekspor terealisasi


JAKARTA. PT Dharma Samudera Fishing Industries (DSFI), selaku eksportir perikanan optimistis target ekspor sebesar US$ 22,8 juta, bisa terealisasi tahun ini. Hingga pertengahan tahun alias semster I, pencapaian ekspor DSFI sudah mencapai US$ 16 juta.

Herman Sutjiamidjaja, Direktur DSFI mengatakan, banyaknya perhelatan olahraga selama tahun 2012 ternyata menjadi faktor pemicu kenaikan kinerja ekspor produk perikanan. "Dibandingkan tahun lalu, kinerja kami jauh lebih baik," kata Herman, Senin (3/7).

Ekspor produk perikanan DSFI kuartal II tahun mencapai US$ 8,8 juta, atau naik 22,2% dibandingkan kuartal I yang mencapai US$ 7,2 juta. Rinciannya, ekspor April US$ 2,7 juta, Mei US$ 3,1 juta dan Juni US$ 3 juta.

Herman bilang, naiknya kinerja penjualan ekspor produk perikanan DSFI itu disebabkan oleh kegiatan olahraga seperti Euro 2012 dan olimpiade yang akan berlangsung tahun ini. Selama 2012 ini, produk perikanan yang di ekspor DSFI adalah cumi-cumi, Sotong, dan Tenggiri.

Melihat tren ekspor produk perikanan yang positif itu, Herman optimistis target ekspor sebesar US$ 22,8 juta bisa terealisasi oleh perusahaannya. Tahun 2011 lalu, ekspor perikanan DSFI mencapai 3.200 ton dengan nilai US$ 19 juta.
