Sinar Mas Multiartha Beli Tanah Senilai Rp12 M


INILAH.COM, Jakarta - PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (AMMA) membeli beberapa lahan tanah di Sorong Papua senilai Rp12 miliar.

Demikian mengutip keterbukaan BEI, Rabu (18/7/2012). Nilai transaksi tersebut tak melebihi 20% dari ekuitas perseroan.

Sementara BEI juga mempublikasi PT Leyand International Tbk (LAPD) yang menjual 100% saham di PT Dharma Bumi Mekonga sebanyak 4.800 lembar. Transaksi tersebut senilai Rp4,8 miliar.
