Dana Obligasi II APLN untuk Danai 5 Proyek


INILAH.COM, Jakarta - PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) akan menggunakan dana hasil penerbitan obligasi II senilai Rp800 miliar untuk mendanai 5 proyek dan akuisisi perusahaan.

"Jadi untuk realisasi dana obligasi ini akan digunakan paling banyak untuk 5 proyek pengembangan dan akuisisi," kata Wakil Direktur II PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk, Indra Wijaya, Rabu (18/7/2012).

Untuk akuisisi sendiri, ungkap Indra menargetkan 2 sampai 3 proyek atau sekitar 25% pemakaian dana obligasi. "Kalau akuisisi sebelumnya pakai kas internal sekarang pakai obligasi," jelasnya.

Obligasi ini ditawarkan dengan nilai 100% dari nilai nominal obligasi dengan kisaran tingkat bunga 9,2%-9,875% untuk 5 tahun. Masa book bulding sendiri dibuka tanggal 18 Juli-30 Juli 2012 dan masa efektif tanggal 8 Agustus. "Sedangkan untuk listingnya tanggal 16 Agustus," ujarnya. [hid]
