PTBA sudah buyback 9,678 juta saham miliknya


JAKARTA. Penurunan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) beberapa waktu lalu dimanfaatkan oleh sejumlah perusahaan untuk membeli kembali (buyback) saham miliknya. Salah satunya adalah PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA).

Menurut Sekretaris Perusahaan PTBA, buyback saham dilakukan secara bertahap pada periode 23 Desember 2011 hingga 30 Juni 2012. Berdasarkan Keterbukaan Informasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), jumlah saham yang sudah berhasil dibeli kembali oleh PTBA mencapai 9,678 juta atau setara dengan 8,40% dari total saham.

Adapun kisaran harga buyback ini adalah Rp 13.135 hingga Rp 16.325. Jika dikalkulasikan, harga pembelian rata-rata buyback saham ini sebesar Rp 14.618 per saham.

Saat ini, sisa biaya pembelian kembali saham PTBA adalah Rp 1,903 triliun.
