Tri Banyan targetkan dana IPO sebesar Rp 250 M


JAKARTA. PT Tri Banyan Tirta menargetkan hasil penawaran saham perdana sebesar Rp 250 miliar. Rencananya, produsen air minum kemasan Alto Natural Spring Water ini akan melepas 30% saham ke publik.

Managing Director Valbury Asia Securities Johanes Soetikno mengatakan, proses penawaran saham perdana ini masih diproses Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan (Bapepam-LK). Dia memperkirakan, prosesnya akan selesai Juni mendatang. Catatan saja, Valbury Asia Securities merupakan penjamin emisi dalam penyelenggaran Tri Banyan.

Tri Banyan sendiri menggunakan laporan keuangan tahun buku Desember 2011. Rencananya, IPO akan digelar pada Juli mendatang.
