TBMS bagikan dividen Rp 200 per saham

JAKARTA. PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk (TBMS) akan membagikan dividen senilai Rp 200 per saham. Keputusan tersebut telah disetujui pemegang saham dalam rapat umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) TBMS pada hari ini (6/6).

Presiden Direktur TBMS, Kurnia Ino menghitung, dividen total yang dibagikan kepada para pemegang saham setara dengan 17,5% dari laba bersih tahun 2011.

Sampai akhir tahun 2011 lalu, TTBMS mencatatkan laba bersih Rp 21 miliar, sehingga jumlah total dibagikan sebesar Rp 3,67 miliar.

"Dividen tersebut akan dibagikan 16 Juli mendatang," kata Kunio, Rabu (6/6).
