Naik hanya 5,7%, Pendapatan Intiland Rp530,7 M


INILAH.COM, Jakarta - PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) meraih pendapatan Rp530,74 miliar pada kuartal kedua 2012 atau tumbuh hanya 5,7 persen dibandingkan periode yang sama 2011 senilai Rp501,8 miliar.

Demikian mengutip keterangan resmi perseroan, Senin (30/7/2012). Kinerja tersebut didukung penjualan apartemen 1Park Residences di Jakarta, perumahan Talaga Bestari di Tangerang, perumahan Graha Natura di Surabaya serta kawasan industri Ngoro di Mojokerto, Jawa Timur.

Saat ini, kontribusi dari pendapatan pengembangan (development income) masih merupakan yang terbesar yakni mencapai Rp463,65 miliar atau 87 persen dari total pendapatan perseroan.

Sementara pendapatan berkelanjutan (recurring income) yang bersumber dari sewa gedung perkantoran, sarana olah raga, dan hotel memberikan kontribusi Rp67,05 miliar atau sebesar 13 persen.

Untuk periode kuartal kedua 2012, perseroan properti ini mengalami penurunan laba bersih menjadi Rp90,77 miliar dibandingkan periode yang sama 2011 sebesar Rp108,44 miliar.
