PTBA Belum Akan Tambah Saham BATR


INILAH.COM, Jakarta - Manajemen PT Tambang Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) menegaskan, pihaknya belum akan menambah saham di PT Bukit Asam Transpacific Railway (BATR).

"Prioritas kita bukan menambah saham, tapi rekonstruksi tambang dan infrastrukturnya. Target struktur kepemilikannya selesai masalah pendanaan dan pembebasan lahan. Kalau tambah saham itu belakangan," ujar Milawarma, Selasa (24/7/2012) malam.

Sekedar informasi, PTBA sejak tahun lalu berencana menambah kepemilikan saham di BATR. Perseroan akan membeli saham milik Rajawali Corporation yang menguasai 80% saham BATR, dengan dana yang dibutuhkan mencapai US$320 juta. [ast]
