DILD Targetkan Marketing Sales Rp1,5-1,6 T di 2012


INILAH.COM, Jakarta - Pengembang properti PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) menargetkan marketing sales sebesar Rp1,5-1,6 triliun tahun 2012 ini.

"Untuk nilai pendapatan dan laba bersih, kami estimasikan naik sekitar 25%," ujar Direktur Pengeolaan Modal dan Investasi Intiland Archied Notopradono usai acara RUPST di Jakarta, Selasa (26/6/2012).

Dengan proyeksi pencapaian ini, lanjut Archied, manajemen Intiland optimistis arah dan laju pertumbuhan perusahaan sudah sesuai jalur. "Setelah sukses bertransformasi dan meletakkan pondasi yang kokoh dengan memperbaiki kondisi keuangan dan memperbanyak cadangan lahan, kini saatnya bagi perseroan mengeksekusi pembangunan proyek baru secara signifikan," tukasnya.

Menurutnya, tahun ini menjadi awal era pertumbuhan bagi Intiland. "Kami meluncurkan banyak proyek baru yang akan memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pertumbuhan perusahaan di masa mendatang," katanya. [ast]
