Eagle Capital lepas 15,63% saham Eatertainment Int


JAKARTA. PT Eagle Capital telah menjual saham PT Eatertainment International Tbk (SMMT) miliknya di pasar negosiasi. Berdasarkan Keterbukaan Informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Eagle Capital menjual saham SMMT sebanyak 12,500 juta saham atau setara dengan 15,63% kepemilikan saham SMMT.

"Adapun tujuan pemilik melepas saham ini adalah tidak ingin melakukan investasi modal yang lebih besar melalui PUT I (rights issue)," demikian pernyataan Harry Wiguna, Direktur Utama Eagle Capital kepada BEI.

Adapun penjualan dilakukan secara bertahap, mulai 18 Juni hingga 25 Juni 2012 dengan kisaran harga Rp 510-Rp 530.
