Berniat terbitkan obligasi, saham ISAT dilego


JAKARTA. Aksi jual mendominasi transaksi saham PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) di sesi pagi ini. Investor menghindari saham perusahaan telekomunikasi ini, seiring rencana perusahaan menerbitkan surat utang.

Bloomberg mencatat, hingga saat ini, asing masih mendominasi aksi jual saham ISAT. UBS Securities Indonesia paling banyak melepas saham ini, yaitu mencapai Rp 731,825 juta. Diikuti, Macquarie Capital Securities Indonesia dengan nilai penjualan Rp 192,262 juta.

Tak heran, saham ISAT sudah terpapas 3,53% ke level Rp 4.100 pada pukul 10.07 di Jakarta.

Dalam prospektusnya, emiten telekomunikasi terbesar kedua di tanah air ini berencana menerbitkan obligasi dan sukuk senilai Rp 2,5 triliun. Dana hasil penerbitan surat utang itu antara lain akan digunakan untuk membayar lisensi jaringan, membeli sebuah tower, dan membeli kembali obligasi senilai Rp 200 miliar.
