Bank NISP Ubah Jumlah Saham PUT IV


INILAH.COM, Jakarta - PT OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP) mengubah jumlah saham Penawaran Umum Terbatas IV menjadi sebanyak 1.506.975.730 saham dari jumlah sebelumnya 1.507.009.079 lembar.

Langkah tersebut dengan menggunakan harga penawaran Rp1.000 dan harga nominal Rp125 maka total dana yang dikumpulkan mencapai Rp1.506.975.730,000. Setiap pemegang saham yang memiliki 500 saham lama dengan nominal Rp125 hingga 1 Juni 2012, mempunyai 107 HMTED untuk membeli 107 saham baru. Demikian mengutip keterangan resmi perseroan, Rabu (16/5/2012).

Adapun cum dan ex di pasar reguler/negosiasi 29-30 M3i 2012 dan di pasar tunai 1-4 Juni 2012. Masa perdagangan HMETD 5-11 Juni 2012. Adapun dana seluruhnya hasil emisi right issue ini akan digunakan seluruhnya untuk modal kerja.
