Bapepam keluarkan Rp 57 triliun penawaran umum

JAKARTA. Dari awal tahun sampai awal Agustus, Bapepam-LK telah mengeluarkan 51 surat pernyataan efektif atas pernyataan pendaftaran penawaran umum. Dari jumlah tersebut, total nilai hasil penawaran umum mencapai Rp 57 triliun dan US$ 20 juta.

Menurut Ketua Bapepam-LK Ngalim Sawega rinciannya adalah sebagai berikut: 11 pernyataan efektif untuk penawaran umum perdana (initial public offering/IPO) dengan nilai Rp 5,25 triliun, 11 penawaran umum terbatas dengan hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu (rights issue) senilai Rp 8,98 triliun, 16 obligasi/sukuk senilai Rp 8,98 triliun, dan 13 obligasi/sukuk berkelanjutan senilai Rp 26,03 triliun dan US$ 20 juta.

"Nilai obligasi dan sukuk berkelanjutan ini termasuk 6 penawaran umum obligasi dan sukuk yang telah memperoleh pernyataan efektif pada 2011," ungkap Ngalim, Jumat (10/8).
