Juli, APLN Penuhi 60% Target Merketing Sale


INILAH.COM, Jakarta - PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) mencatatkan marketing sales sekitar Rp2,90 triliun hingga Juli 2012.

Demikian seperti dikutip dari siaran resmi perseroan, Rabu (8/8/2012). Marketing sales tersebut sekitar 60% dari target perseroan sekitar Rp4,6 triliun-Rp5 triliun.

Kontribusi marketing sales tersebut berasal dari The Green Bay Superblock sekitar 53% dan proyek baru seperti Metro Park Residence, Vimala Hills, dan Podomoro City Extension sekitar 17%.

Hingga semester pertama 2012, penjualan dan pendapatan usaha perseroan naik menjadi Rp2,31 triliun dari periode semester pertama 2011 sebesar Rp1,58 triliun. Laba periode berjalan naik menjadi Rp494,51 miliar pada semester pertama 2012 dari semester pertama 2011 sebesar Rp379,54 miliar. [hid]
