Gandeng Asahi Group, ICBP Dirikan 2 Perusahaan


INILAH.COM, Jakarta - PT Indofood CBP Tbk (ICBP) mendirikan perusahaan patungan dengan Asahi Group Holdings Southeast Asia Pte Ltd.

Demikian mengutip keterbukaan informasi di BEI, Rabu (8/8/2012). PT Asahi Indofood Beverage Makmur, bergerak di bidang produksi minuman non-alkohol di Indonesia dengan modal Rp130 miliar.

PT Indofood Asahi Sukses Beverage akan bergerak di bidang pemasaran miniman non-alkohol di Indonesia dengan modal Rp15 miliar. Pendirian perusahaan patungan tersebut pada 8 Agustus 2012.
