PTPP Terbitkan MTN Sebesar Rp120 miliar


INILAH.COM, Jakarta - PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk (PTPP) menerbitkan medium term notes sebesar Rp120 miliar dengan bunga 10,25%.

Demikian seperti dikutip dari situs PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), Rabu (8/8/2012). MTN tersebut didistribusi secara elektronik pada 7 Agustus 2012 dan pembayaran bunga pertama pada 7 September 2012. Jatuh tempo MTN pada 7 Agustus 2012.

Untuk frekuensi pembayaran bunga setiap satu bulan. Tenor MTN PT PP tahap XIVII tahun 2012 tersebut adalah 24 bulan. PT Mandiri Sekuritas bertindak sebagai PT Mandiri Sekuritas. [hid]
