Bayar Kupon Obligasi, Bank Saudara Siapkan Rp7,2 M


INILAH.COM, Jakarta - Untuk membayar kupon bunga obligasi ke-3, PT Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 telah menyiapkan Rp7,25 miliar.

Demikian mengutip keterbukaan informasi di BEI, Jumat (3/8/2012). Kewajiban tersebut akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 3 September 2012.

Bank Permata selaku wali amanat dari obligasi Bank Saudara I Tahun 2011 telah menerima dana sebesar Rp7,25 miliar dalam bentuk deposito. Dana tersebut nantinya akan dikirimkan ke PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (PT KSEI) selaku agen pembayaran. Dana tersebut akan dikirim ke PT KSEI pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2012.
