Direktur AKRA Dapat Dana Rp1,53M


INILAH.COM, Jakarta - Direktur PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) Suresh Vembu memperoleh dana sebesar Rp1,53 miliar dari hasil penjualan saham sebesar 400 ribu saham seharga Rp3.825.

Hal itu disampaikan manajemen AKRA dalam keterbukaan informasi ke Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Kamis (17/5/2012). Dengan penjualan saham tersebut kepemilikan saham Suresh Vembu menjadi 640 ribu saham. Transaksi penjualan saham tersebut dilakukan pada 11 Mei 2012. Tujuan dari transaksi tersebut untuk keperluan pribadi.
